Anyone know anything about the residential care home being built on the high street in Chilton? Who owns it and when is it ready for use? Any details welcomed. Ta.

It was originally for the Portland Group (based at Willington) but I understand that they had some sort of internal dispute so someone else is going to run it. There was an advert for staffing a couple of weeks ago in the Echo.
