Bishop Auckland, West Auckland and Shildon Bishop Auckland, West Auckland and Shildon Forum. Anything to do with the Aucklands, or the historic railway town of Shildon. Shildon now has a spanking new railway museum and Bishop Auckland is associated with Stan Laurel as well as having had a cracking football team in the 1950's. Durham City and Chester le Street Durham City and Chester le Street Forum. Posts concerning the historic city of Durham City and Chester-le-Street. Durham City is a fantastic place, with the Cathedral and Castle dominating the skyline for miles around. It's also a very good place to go out on the pop.
